How to Narrow Your Floor Plan Shortlist
A floor plan is a starting point. Before comparing exterior styles, identify the layout decisions that affect daily life and confirm that the home can be adapted to the property. Site access, slope, utilities, setbacks, soils, drainage, local requirements, and engineering can all affect what is practical for a specific homesite.

1. Daily-life fit
